ESPHM 2018

Europe’s most important scientific meeting on Porcine Health Management just met for the 10th time in Barcelona, Spain. More than 1,800 veterinarians from Europe and also some collegues from overseas joined the invitation from May 9th to 11th.

IDT Animal Health contributed to the meeting as Gold Sponsor and also scientifically: A total of 18 scientific contributions were presented this year. Topics covered neonatal diarrhoea, edema (oedema) disease, influenza and salmonella.

One topic on neonatal diarrhea and one on influenza was presented orally. Susana Mesonero, Technical Service Manager IDT Spain, presented her results on „Viral and bacterial investigations of recurrent pig neonatal diarrhea cases in Spain“ (VIRAL AND BACTERIAL INVESTIGATIONS OF RECURRENT PIG NEONATAL DIARRHOEA CASES IN SPAIN, S.
